Access to Healthcare for Vulnerable Groups: Promising International Practice and Private Sector Medical Outlook

During the conference: From Blueprints to Breakthroughs organized by WFUNA the panel discussion "Access to Healthcare for Vulnerable Groups: Promising International Practice and Private Sector Medical Outlook" was moderated by Nino Kiknadze, Director of the Georgian Healthcare Association. 

Speakers discussed ways to make healthcare more accessible to vulnerable groups in Georgia, using examples from countries around the world. The merging of the private and public sectors to improve the quality of healthcare was also highlighted. 

The panel speakers were Giorgi Ambroliani, Head of Community Clinics Department, EVEX Clinics, member of the Healthcare Association; Nino Mirzikashvili, Ilia State University, Professor, member of the Healthcare Association; Irakli Mirzikashvili, CEO of EKIMO; Maya Maghlakelidze-Khomeriki, Geo Hospital.
